As a member of a multi-generational Harford County family, I know how important small businesses are for the community. When I started working for the Harford Collection of Homes group in 2015, I immediately felt like part of their small family, and I think that’s what makes our team, and our service stand out. I enjoy being hands on working with residents, fellow team members and contractors to make sure we deliver the best experience and make people feel right at home. If I am not at work, you may see me enjoying the many fun outdoor activities the area has to offer such as crabbing, taking a Jeep ride to a local brewery or ice cream shop or working around my house & garden.

Hi, I’m Sarah Rosati and as the Lead Property Manager I strive to ensure all residents, prospects, co-workers and guests are made to feel at home. My extensive background in Customer Service and Non-Profit work throughout the region provided me with the growth and knowledge to assist in creating a positive experience for anyone who meets our leasing team. As an employee of almost fourteen years, I bring enthusiasm and teamwork into my everyday operations. I enjoy visiting the small businesses along Main Street Bel Air as well as grabbing a Dunkin Coffee on a Sunday morning, and you will find me on the beach with my toes in the sand every second I can spare! Hi, my name is Rachel. I have been part of the Harford Collection of Homes family since 2022. I say “family” because this company welcomes you with open arms whether you are a resident or team member. Fun fact, I am both. I rent a townhome through our sister division, Century Real Estate. Being able to call ‘The Foundation Group” my employer and my landlord is the best of both worlds. I am a jersey girl through and through but decided to make Maryland my next destination. After moving from state to state in years past, I finally found a gem of a community to settle down in and a place to call home.
